In-Person Tech Help is back!

Meet with a tech savvy staff member to ask your tech questions.  This is your opportunity to find answers and learn about a wide variety of things, like how to download library ebooks or watch movies on your tablet and more. Unfortunately, helping you fix damaged hardware or software is not within our scope. In-Person Tech Help at the library is always FREE. We look forward to working together to answer your questions.

Tech Help Locations and Times

Book appointments Online Here. Visit the library's information desk or call Telephone Information (831-427-7713) for help making an appointment.  Holidays and special events may effect the regularly scheduled weekly In-Person Tech Help sessions, so please double check the Online Calendar and book your appointment in advance.

Appointment Details

• Appointments are approximately 25 minutes 
• Appointments are prioritized (Arrive within 5 minutes of scheduled time to maintain appointment)
• Walk-ins are welcome when open time is available
• Check in with library information desk 
• Bring device with battery charged, library card, relevant account logins/passwords
• If you are experiencing any COVID symptoms please cancel your appointment
