In-Person Tech Help

Meet with a tech savvy staff member to ask your tech questions.  This is your opportunity to find answers and learn about a wide variety of things, like how to download library ebooks or watch movies on your tablet and more. Unfortunately, helping you fix damaged hardware or software is not within our scope. In-Person Tech Help at the library is always FREE. We look forward to working together to answer your questions.

Appointment Details

• Check in with library information desk
• Bring device with battery charged, library card, relevant account logins/passwords
• If unable to attend, please cancel using the link in the confirmation email or call (831-427-7713)
• Arriving more than 5 minutes after your scheduled time may result in cancellation
• Walk-ins are welcome when openings are available 
• No hardware/software repairs offered
• Scheduling is limited to no more than two appointments monthly
