All Branches of the Santa Cruz Public Libraries are closed on Monday, January 17th in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day 2022. 

The Santa Cruz MAH is accepting Submissions January 13 Through February 27 2022 for their MLK Day Justice Journal. Share your dreams and submit a page into a community journal in celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr Day.

The Library will be tabling at the 2022 MLK Youth Day Event put on by the NAACP and the Center for Nonviolence. This is a free event being held on January 15th from 12-4pm. 

Join in with Librarian Jackie as she reads Be a King: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s Dream and You by Carole Boston Weatherford and illustrated by James E. Ransome, published by Bloomsbury USA Children's.
