We know how important it is to stay connected to the online world in normal times, and we want to help even more now that the Covid-19 Pandemic has made connecting online the only way to get by day to day.
Free WiFi at 5 Branches + Expansions Coming Soon
Free WiFi is available even though our buildings are closed. All 5 branches that are currently offering curbside pickup of holds also offer WiFi 24/7. Those branches include: Aptos, Felton, Downtown, Live Oak, and Scotts Valley. We are working on extending the reach of our signal to 600 feet beyond each building. We just ask that you practice social distancing and wear a mask near others.
Printing Pilot Project
Starting August 14th, we will pilot printing services at the Downtown Branch Library. Print job services will be offered free of charge during curbside hours. Read the instructions on how this works here.
Future Connections
We're working on expanding other services to keep you connected too. If our Printing Pilot works, we'll add the service at other branches. We're also exploring loaning out laptops and outdoor internet cafés. We don't yet have a date for these expanded services, but we are working on it every day!
