Reach for the Stars: Ask an Astronomer
What is it like to answer all the Internet's random astronomy questions? Come to this talk to hear about all of the crazy questions, unique characters, and interesting astronomy that UCSC astronomy PhD student Brian DiGiorgio has found in two years manning the UC's "Ask an Astronomer" email address. Brian will talk about lessons learned from running the website as well as some highlights over the years. Afterward we'll open up the floor for a live Q&A with Brian.
