Shall the Charter of the City of Santa Cruz be amended by amending Sections 603 and 616 of Article VI, Section 811 of Article VIII, Section 1023 of Article X, Section 1301 of Article XIII, Section 1410 of Article XIV, and Section 1603 of Article XVI, eliminating references to gender, the text of which is set forth in Section 3 of Resolution No. NS-14,428, adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa Cruz on Tuesday, July 14, 1981, and on file in the Office of the City Clerk?

Measure F

Branciforte Fire Protection District
Special Tax

Shall the Branciforte Fire Protection District be authorized to impose a special tax on real property within the district for fire protection, prevention, and other services rendered by the District under the Fire Protection District Law of 1961 (Health and Safety Code Sections 13801 and following), such tax not to exceed $2.00 for parcels not exceeding 10,000 square feet in size: $15.00 for parcels of more than 10,000 square feet and less than 25 acres in size: $25.00 for parcels of 25 acres or more in size; $25.00 additional per dwelling unit for improved residential property; $100.00 additional per occupancy for improved business occupancy; $5.00 additional per licensed bed for residential care facilities; $5.00 additional per space for commercial campground/travel trailer park; $5.00 additional per sleeping room for hotels, apartments and hostels; $150.00 additional for organized camp facility; and $200.00 additional per occupancy for improved industrial occupancy.
