Updating your Library Card Information

Accounts can be renewed in person at any library branch or by calling the library information number at: 831-427-7713.

You can also renew your account online, by following these steps:

Log into My Account and click on "Contact Information and Preferences". Verify that all your information (address, telephone number, email address) is correct.

If no changes were made to your address, type "VERIFIED" in the "Street three" data field for your address. This will create a message to staff to renew your account.

If you made changes to your address, no further action is needed. Updates are processed daily and the changes should be reflected on your account within 48 hours. Your library card will be renewed at the same time staff enter the new address.
