Library Services - Updating your Library Card Information


 

Account information changes and library card renewals can be initiated online.

Address changes saved via My Account are forwarded to library staff. Updates are processed daily and the changes should be reflected on your account within 48 hours.

When you make an address change via My Account, your library card will be renewed at the same time staff enter the new address.

If your address information is correct, you can renew your account by entering the word "VERIFIED" in the "Country" data field for your address. This will create a message to staff to renew your account.

Email address, telephone number, and other account preference changes are updated directly when you save the changes in My Account. However, these changes do not initiate an account renewal.

Accounts can also be renewed in person at any library branch or by calling the library information number at: 831-427-7713.
