Programs assist in filing petitions for permits which allow admission, on a temporary basis, of foreign athletes, artists, entertainers, and their immediate families for the purpose of giving a performance or participating in a sporting event. Also included are visas for individuals who are participating in international cultural exchange programs which share the history, culture and traditions of the exchange visitor's home country.
