The Chamber is also involved in education, human relations, environmental, cultural and governmental concerns. Sponsors seminars, workshops, "Business After Hours" mixers, trade shows and other functions. Provides travel and tourism information and referral to the public. Supplies Small Business Administration Publications, Scotts Valley Directory, Business Start-Up kit, Membership Directory, a monthly newspaper, maps and employers' survival guides to: workers compensation, unemployment insurance, independent contractors and solving critical human resource problems. ELIGIBILITY: Membership open to businesses, nonprofits, individuals, clubs, etc. Services open to the general public. |
