Facilities include a clubhouse & playground on Estrella Avenue, Triangle Park on Playa Boulevard, open space at the entrance of the neighborhood near the corner of San Andreas Road & Playa Boulevard, road medians on Asta, & a bluff strip. The LSBRD is governed by a five-person board. |
