| Description: | Habitat for Humanity Monterey Bay is an independent locally operated and funded affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International. Our mission is to build decent, affordable homes and provide home ownership opportunities to qualified families who live and work in Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties. ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have owned a home in the last three years. Must have lived or worked in Santa Cruz County or Monterey County for the past year. Must meet the income requirements. |
| Programs: | My House My Home Program My House My Home is currently a partnership between senior homeowners, Habitat for Humanity Monterey Bay, the City of Santa Cruz, the County of Santa Cruz, and Senior Network Services to build or renovate accessory dwelling units (ADUs) on the existing properties of senior homeowners. |
