At Elderday, we provide high-quality day services for adults with complex medical conditions. But our program is so much more than health care. Through our planned daily activities — like music, yoga, art and woodworking — we ensure Elderday is a fun, active and supportive community for everyone involved. Safe, reliable door-to-door transportation is provided in Santa Cruz County, in lift-equipped vans by Lift Line. |
