| Description: | DCARA (Deaf Counseling, Advocacy, and Referral Agency) provides counseling, interpreting and advocacy for deaf, late deafened or hard of hearing clients. Provides assistance in government benefits, housing, insurance, education, employment, and communication access. Provides adjustment services to people who become hard-of-hearing or deaf. ELIGIBILITY: Person must be deaf, late deafened or hard of hearing, or family of affected individuals. |
