Call, text, or chat with your local 211 to speak with a community resource specialist in your area who will help you find services and resources that are available to you. You'll find help with:

Supplemental food and nutrition programs
Shelter and housing options and utilities assistance
Emergency information and disaster relief
Employment and education opportunities
Service for veterans
Health care, vaccination and health epidemic information
Addiction prevention and rehabilitation programs
Reentry for ex-offenders
Support groups for individuals with mental illnesses or special needs
A safe, confidential path out of physical and/or emotional domestic abuse
Volunteer Info: COVID-19 Disaster/Emergency Services Volunteer Opportunities:

Actively assist the 211 Call Center with answering calls and accessing the iCarol 211 Database to provide adequate information and referrals to callers! The 211 Call Center is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The 2-1-1 Call Center is a Level 4, the most critical level for a crisis – there is a need for community volunteers to assist with the call volume.
