Description: Our Kiwanis club is a service-oriented organization with approximately 50 members representing various businesses, public agencies, retired citizens and other community members from all areas of Santa Cruz, Live Oak, Soquel and Capitola. At each of our Thursday morning meetings, we have a variety of program speakers from the community and a choice of breakfast.

ELIGIBILITY: Prospective members are invited to join by existing club members. See website for membership info.
Mission: Kiwanis clubs sponsor Kiwanis family organizations that provide young people and adults with opportunities to perform community service and develop leadership skills. Our primary mission is focused on the needs of young children, through maternal and child health, safety and pediatric trauma, child care and development, and parent education and support.

Annual Crab & Pasta Feed at Santa Cruz Elks Lodge
Sponsor of Boy Scout Troop 633, Cub Scout Pack 616, Santa Cruz Little League, the Santa Cruz Boys & Girls Club, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Four Scholarships (Journalism, Arts, Engineering & Business), and the Youth Resource Bank.
Meetings: Every Thursday 7-8am, meeting place to be determined.

Board of Directors meets the first Wednesday of every month.
Volunteer Info: Our club is always willing to consider requests for help, which must be submitted to our Board of Directors or one of our club's committees for consideration of either volunteer labor or funding.
