Description: Central Coast Energy Services, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization which provides energy conservation, consumer education & advocacy, home improvement, utility assistance, job training, and other services to people in need.

Help may be obtained by calling our toll free number at 1-888-728-3637. You may leave your full name, mailing address, home phone number, and daytime phone number and an application will be mailed to you within 2-3 business days. Instructions on receiving Emergency service are on the recording. This method of service allows us to serve a large number of people with our limited staff.

If you have a printer available you can download and print applications and instructions online.
Mission: Central Coast Energy Services, Inc. strives to improve household safety, health, and economic security within our communities. CCES fosters community health and well being by providing energy conservation, consumer education & advocacy, home improvement, utility assistance, job training, and other services to people in need. At CCES we promote an environment of safety, hard work, teamwork, and high quality services.
Programs: PAYMENT ASSISTANCE:
The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) provides payment assistance with home energy bills.

California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) is a discount rate program offered by PG&E which gives eligible low-income households a 20% discount off their energy bill.

WEATHERIZATION SERVICES:
CCES provides weatherization services for income-eligible applicants. Energy efficiency-improving measures are done in the home to reduce energy costs.

WATER DEMAND REDUCTION PROGRAM:
CCES's Home Energy Assistance Program, through the sponsorship of the City of Watsonville, is offering FREE low-flow toilets for your home or business.
