About the Library — Employment
The Santa Cruz City-County Library System operates under the authority of the Library Joint Powers Board. Under the Joint Powers Agreement, the City of Santa Cruz Personnel Department oversees Library recruitments for all facilities.
Current recruitments for all Library positions (regular, temporary, and page) are listed on the City's website:
The City's website only shows positions that are currently open and for which applications are being accepted.
The City's personnel site links to the complete application announcement for each open position, the employment application form, and the supplemental details about the recruitment process for each current opening.
