Temporary Library Hour Changes April 5th and 7th
On April 5th all open branches of the Santa Cruz Public Libraries will be opening at noon in honor of National Library Workers Day.
National Library Workers Day is a day for library staff, users, administrators and Friends groups to recognize the valuable contributions made by all library workers. For this reason we will be having a staff brunch and will be closed to the public until noon on April 5th.
On April 7th the Downtown Branch of the Santa Cruz Public Libraries will be closing at 5:00pm in preparation for the Fighting for Housing in America: Conor Dougherty, author of Golden Gates, in conversation with Jonathan Franzen event. The Downtown Library will re-open for the event at 6:30pm. To attend the event please register ahead at https://bit.ly/housingconv.
