Pay Fees & Fines Online
Starting December 10, you will be able to pay fines and fees online.
SmartPAY allows patrons to make fine and fee payments directly from the "My Account" page on the SCPL website. Please Note: There is a $5 minimum for online credit card payments.
SmartPAY meets the PCI DSS standard, as well as the security certification requirements of every major credit card processor and financial institution.
