Join Sandi Rechenmacher, local nutritional consultant, whole foods plant-based chef, and Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) Food for Life Instructor, for this educational series.

About Sandi Rechenmacher
Sandi has been a whole foods enthusiast since the 70’s when she (and her husband) owned a natural foods store. With degrees in education, nutrition, holistic health, herbs, and diabetes education, being a Food for Life instructor for PCRM comes naturally for her.
