Martin Laswell, who is 80 years old, arrested and charged with lascivious conduct with a young girl at Seabright, has been released by consent of the District Attorney on the condition that the man leaves the town. He is an old soldier and will be taken to the old Soldiers’ Home at Sawtelle.
