Description: An independent special district funded 100% by user fees, slip fees and a percentage of concession profits. The Port District offers the following services: Boat launch ramp, U.S. Coast Guard rescue services seasonal, RV overnight parking (831-475-9558) , dry storage, visitor berthing for boats and water & slip management. The harbor area offers restaurants, marine chandlery, boat fuel service, boat chartering, boat haul-out service yard, a yacht club, retail stores and professional offices. A walking tour with stations highlighting cultural, historical and environmental subjects is available. The Harbor entrance is dredged from November to April.
Mission: The primary mission of the Santa Cruz Port Commission is to ensure that Santa Cruz Harbor is a viable operational and financial entity, providing a full array of boating and marine related opportunities for the public.
