Description: The SCLO Grange is part of a state organization founded in 1873 whose mission was to support small family farmers and promote sustainable agriculture. As part of this program, the SCLO Grange focuses on organic farming, as well as, all aspects of sustainability. We have programs of interest to all persons who care about the quality, safety, and security of their food and water, and the environment at large.
Mission: The mission of the SCLO Grange is to be a hub for advocacy for organic and regenerative agriculture, local food security, and community resilience.
Facilities: The Live Oak Grange hall is available for rental to community groups. Renters must provide their own liability insurance coverage. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
