Description: The PDC is a chartered committee of the County Democratic Central Committee. Monthly meetings, occasionally featuring a speaker, focus on the
work of PDC ad hoc committees organizing actions around issues that address the needs of the community.

There are currently three action committees all open to volunteers:
Elections: recruit and support progressive candidates for local office
Voter Registration: staff registration table at strategic locations/events in County
Candidates Forum: develop and organize a PDC led candidates forum for the 2016 elections.


FEES: Annual dues $20-$50 paid annually in July (students and low-income $10-$20.)
Meetings: When: 6:30pm on the third Wednesday of the month (With the exception of July when we have our annual retreat.)

Where: Democratic Headquarters in Santa Cruz located on the ground floor of the Galleria at 740 Front Street. Access doors are between Cafe Mare and the Riverside Theatre, and next to the Front Street parking garage.
