Description: Aikido is a modern Japanese martial art and a way of obtaining personal growth. It focuses on harmony with nature, the self, and others, by way of a non-competitive, mutually supportive practice. Aikido draws on inner, rather than physical, strength, and is accessible for everyone, young and old. Visitors are always welcome to come in and observe classes.
Programs: We offer a children's program for ages 6-9 and 9-12, teen classes, and beginning and ongoing classes for adults.
