Description: The youth Homeless Response Team is a collaborative effort between the Community Action Board of Santa Cruz County and the Santa Cruz County Office of Education. This supportive services program aims to serve unaccompanied youth between the ages of 15-24 who are experiencing housing instability.

Eligibility:
Youth or Young Adult (ages 15-24) who identify as literally homeless, are at imminent risk of homelessness, or are fleeing/attempting to flee domestic violence residing in the Santa Cruz County.
Programs: YHRT services include: housing search assistance, individualized plans and case management, connection to resources and services including education/employment
