Description: Workforce Santa Cruz County (WFSCC) is a partnership of local organizations that serve job seekers and businesses in the community.

Our network of three conveniently located Career Centers and CalJOBS offer an array of no cost services for businesses, employees, and job seekers. Workforce Santa Cruz County is overseen by the County of Santa Cruz Workforce Development Board (Santa Cruz WDB).
Programs: SueƱos supports young adults (ages 16 to 24) to develop workplace skills that will prepare them to enter and thrive in an increasingly competitive labor market. Eligible participants receive a variety of services, from job readiness workshops to college and career exploration, financial literacy, work experience, and on-the-job training opportunities in our local community.

WIOA helps income eligible, Santa Cruz County residents who are unemployed/displaced workers to succeed in the labor market by providing access to employment, education, training and financial support services while match
