Details
Description: Service organization affiliated with Lions International. Focus is to aid those with hearing and sight impairments (Lions Club Eye Fund). Collects old eyeglasses at Live Oak, Downtown and Branciforte library branches along with many other locations listed on the website.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to members of the community at large, ages 18 and over.
Programs: Santa Cruz Host Lions enjoy weekly lunches with guest speakers, family barbecues, conventions, cruises on Monterey Bay, visits to neighboring Lions clubs, holiday parties, group trips, and more.
Meetings: 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month, 12:15pm at the Elks Lodge in Santa Cruz, 150 Jewell Street, Santa Cruz. We also meet for dinner at 6:00pm on the second Thursday at the Live Oak Senior Center, 1777 Capitola Road, Santa Cruz.
