| Description: | More than one third of Americans are affected by the shortage of affordable housing. Mercy Housing is helping improve the lives of individuals in communities across the country. Recognizing that shelter alone is not sufficient for residents' success and well-being, Mercy Housing offers Resident Services programs at our properties. The overall goal of Resident Services is to provide a platform for success of residents. FEES: No fee for information. Others vary depending on project. |

We support our residents with the resources they need to be good neighbors and members of a greater community. From financial literacy to health programs and more, Mercy Housing begins with housing but goes far beyond to strengthen the lives of the people who call Mercy Housing home. Mercy Housing provides Resident Services that fall into four program areas: Economic Development, Education, Community and Health & Wellness.
