Description: Sophies Heart was created to offer hope and support services to children and their families affected by congenital heart defects. At the same time improving the quality of life for these children and promoting public awareness in our community.

Please call to make an appointment. We are a volunteer based organization hours can vary.
Saturday and Sunday hours vary call to make an appointment.

ELIGIBILITY: We provide direct assistance to children and families affected by CHD who are receiving care at the Ronald McDonald House and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital. Families wishing to participate in the travel and lodging programs must be referred by a doctor or social worker at the hospital. Please see the travel and lodging application on our website.
