The Consumer Product Safety Commission, National Highway Traffic Safety Association, United States Coast Guard, Food and Drug Administration, United States Department of Agriculture, and the Environmental Protection Agency have joined together to provide safety and recall information for many different products, including pet food, cosmetics, cars, baby products, medicine, and boats. There is also a form to report a dangerous product.
