Quick Chilled
Fresh Tomato Cream Soup
Peel, seed and chop coarsely into a blender:
- 2 1/2 cups fresh ripe tomatoes
Blend briefly with:
- 1 cup cream
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon basil
- Season to taste
Chill and serve.
Yield: about 3 cups
