All sites, except Downtown, are supervised by a California-certified teacher, and have 1-2 volunteer tutor(s). There is at least one bilingual tutor at each site.

Students have access to workstations or laptops; internet; BrainFuse, the online tutoring service; library materials; and other homework related equipment and supplies.

Assistance is available on a drop-in basis -- no appointment necessary.
