How to Apply

An individual who does not already have a Santa Cruz Public library card may call the library's Outreach Services office at 420-5650. If the patron already has a library card, the patron may call the library's Outreach Services at 420-5650 to request the service.

Send Application to:

Outreach Services
Santa Cruz Public Libraries

Follow-up Procedure

If the patron does not have a family member, friend, or neighbor who is able to provide retrieval and delivery of library materials, the library will make an effort to match the patron with a library volunteer who can do so. Library cards are usually kept on file at the Circulation desk at the most conveniently located branch.
