Highest Point:2

Mount Bielawski with an elevation of 3,231 feet is the highest point in Santa Cruz County. It is located on Castle Rock Ridge between Santa Cruz and Santa Clara counties. It was named by J. D. Whitney in 1861 after Captain Casimir Bielawski, who was the principal draughtsman for the Surveyor General's Office and was connected with the U.S. Land Office in San Francisco for forty-five years.
