Birthday or Anniversary Greetings from the President

Greetings are sent to American citizens only. Requests must be received by the Greeting Office six weeks before the event. Birthday greetings are sent to Americans 80 years of age or older and anniversary greetings to couples celebrating 50 or more years of marriage. Send requests in writing to:

Attn: Greetings Office
Washington, D.C. 20502-0039

The request should include the name (including Mr., Ms., etc.) and home address of honoree(s), the exact date of the occasion, the age or number of years of marriage and the requestor's name and daytime phone number.
