Downloadable Audio and eBooks
An eBook is an electronic version of a printed book. The Library makes electronic books, downloadable audiobooks, and downloadable music available from five sources: NetLibrary eBooks, Califa Digital Download Center, Safari Computer eBooks, Tumblebooks for Kids, the Gale Virtual Reference Library.
All downloadable audio and eBooks can be found in the Library Catalog. Search for them just as you would any other library materials--by title, author, subject, or keyword. You may also limit your search by selecting "ebooks" from the "material type" dropdown.

Please note: At present, Apple computers and iPod players do not play these downloadable titles--Click to view a list of supported players. Digital books are also not available for download to Library computers.

TumbleBook Library is an online collection of TumbleBooks--animated, talking picture books which teach kids the joy of reading in a format they'll love. TumbleBooks are created by taking existing picture books, adding animation, sound, music and narration to produce an electronic picture book which you can read, or have read to you. Also included are games and puzzles. TumbleBooks are created in flash animation. You will need the Flash plug-in for your browser and a computer set up for sound.
