Join a community project, "We Have Stories To Tell" which unites children with family members, senior citizens and library staff to encourage the development of literacy skills through story telling. Children have the opportunity to make their own books in which they portray the story they are telling with illustrations of their own design.

One World, Many Stories

SCPL News

Sign ups begin today for the Summer Reading Program! The program officially begins on Monday, June 13. Children, teens, and adults can track their reading and attend programs at library branches. Children and teens will record the amount of time spent reading and earn summer reading dollars. Dollars can be spent at the stores of participating merchants. And don't miss the Kids Only Booksale on July 30th!
