We are seeking an experienced union organizer and leader to join our dynamic staff as we mobilize to advance the rights of nurses and health professionals and resist the further corporatization of our health care system.

Position Overview
The Director of Organizing position requires substantial union organizing experience leading NLRB union elections against well-run consultant campaigns. The ideal candidate will also have experience leading private sector concerted action. The Director will supervise up to three organizers, perhaps more with growth of the union. Significant travel throughout Pennsylvania, primarily in the eastern third of the state, is required.

Salary is $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience, excellent benefits, including health care, vacation, pension.
