Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
• Provide clerical, scheduling and travel arrangement support to the Senior Team, as needed
• Support Board functions, including scheduling, minutes and reports
• Handle mail, print jobs and all vendors
• Answer main Partnership phone
• Assist with maintaining email database
• File and maintain organizational paperwork
• Manage organization-wide IT infrastructure
• Maintain foundation and donor lists, files and tracking systems
Event Planning & Management:
• Responsible for all logistics involved in organizing 6-12 meetings per year, including a 300-person conference every other year
• Work with staff team to schedule internal meetings, calls, and support for our affiliates as necessary
Finance Support:
• Process all bills and checks that come in, working closely with Managing Director and Bookkeeper
• Process company credit card statements so Bookkeeper can record expenses into QuickBooks
• Assist during audits
• Complete monthly personal reimbursement and company credit card expense forms for Senior Team
Human Resources Support:
• Support the Managing Director in implementing and monitoring the personnel policies as listed in the Partnership Employee Handbook, obtaining and managing health and retirement benefits programs
Other duties as reasonably assigned by the Executive Director or Managing Director.
