FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES SUPPORT

We are currently hiring two applicants for this position which is responsible for providing financial and administrative services support. Primary duties include:
• Compile and analyze information; generate reports; assist with governmental and tax reports, and annual audit.
• Ensure timely payments of accounts payable by posting invoices, processing expense claims, printing checks, mailing payments and assisting with bank reconciliation. Maintain appropriate and accurate records of accounts payable.
• Maintain accounts receivable records by preparing invoices and recording payments.
• Ensure proper distribution of CFA funds, including calculating and preparing dues rebates and preparing checks, as necessary.
• Prepare correspondence and perform other duties as assigned.

Salary/Benefits/Other requirements:

The Financial and Administrative Services Support applicant must have three years accounting or bookkeeping experience; demonstrate profiCiency in using QuickBooks and Excel; and authorize and pass a background check. High school diploma or equivalent is also required. This is a full time position and applicant must be flexible to work a non-standard work week, including evenings and weekends, when required.

Salary is commensurate with experience. The position is based in Sacramento, although travel is sometimes required outside the Sacramento area.
