News Media Outreach Manager

LIUNA - the Laborers' International Union of North America - seeks an aggressive Media Outreach Manager to proactively raise the organization's visibility. Successful candidate will be one who can put the organization at the top of the contact list for news media covering transportation, energy, workers' rights and other key issues.

Requirements:

Candidate must have three years of experience pitching media, developing media relationships and crafting media materials and messages and have results to show.

Candidate should be a critical thinker who creatively and energetically finds opportunities for coverage and can handle multiple projects on deadline. Competitive pay, excellent benefits.
