  2. Conduct Public Hearing Re FY 2008-09 Operating Budget
  3. Review and Approve Resolutions Adopting FY 2008-09 Operating Budget, transferring and appropriating various trust fund revenues as follows:
     • Appropriating McCaskill Trust for Local History Funds
     • Appropriating McCaskill Trust for the Visually Impaired Funds
     • Appropriating Finkeldey Trust Funds
     • Appropriating Richardson Trust Funds
  
  NOTE: Complete budget binders are included for Joint Powers Board members. May Draft revisions are on blue paper. Summary documents are included in the Agenda packet available to all others. A complete set of budget documents is available to the public on request.

• Next Meeting Topics

  The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, July 7, 2008. The Board will discuss a draft report from the Subcommittee revisions to the Library's Facilities Master Plan.

• Adjourn

  The Library Joint Powers Authority Board will adjourn from the regularly scheduled meeting of June 2, 2008, to the next regularly scheduled meeting on July 7, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. in the Community Meeting Room of the Central Branch Library.
