Public Meetings and Library Programs

The Santa Cruz Public Libraries does not discriminate against persons with disabilities. If you wish to attend a library sponsored program or meeting and you will require special assistance or equipment to attend and participate, call the branch where the event is being held. Call seven working days in advance of the event to make arrangements for assistance. Out of consideration for people with chemical sensitivities, the Library requests that you attend fragrance free.

An FM hearing system (Phonic Ear) is available for use by persons with hearing impairments during library sponsored programs. This assistive listening device works with a hearing aid, or without, to amplify the voice of a speaker, or the discussions of a group. Please call the branch seven working days in advance of the event if you would like to use this equipment.
