Santa Cruz City--Nuclear Free Zone

The City of Santa Cruz first adopted a policy declaring Santa Cruz a Nuclear Free Zone on October 8, 1991. The current version of the Council Policy Manual details this declaration in section 11.4 and is available for public view on the City of Santa Cruz website.

Note: section 11.4 of the Council Policy Manual has been updated since 1991, but the declaration stands.
