Soquel Cemetery
Luther White was born in approximately 1841 in Illinois. On November 21, 1861 he enlisted in Company K of the 5th California Infantry in Santa Cruz , served in Arizona and New Mexico and was mustered out on November 27, 1864. After returning to Santa Cruz he worked as a Laborer and lived near Soquel Creek until his death on April 5, 1869.
