Project SCOUT offers volunteer income tax assistance and tax counseling for the elderly and volunteer income tax assistance to residence of Santa Cruz County during tax seasons at sites throughout Santa Cruz County. Project SCOUT will be at the Downtown branch on Tuesdays from 3pm - 6pm from February 7 - April 17, and at the Aptos branch on Thursdays from 1pm - 3pm from February 2 - April 12. (See the full schedule for other times and locations.)
